We are extremely grateful to welcome the kind support of Texturing Technology Ltd (TTL), established for 20 years, with over 40 members of staff, they are an integral part of Port Talbot Steelwork. Established in 1992, Texturing Technology Ltd has grown from being a small chrome plating plant to being a full service roll shop, offering a diverse range of products and services.
When asked about the reasons behind supporting 2wish, TTL representative Elena Williams expressed their belief in giving back to the community and supporting local initiatives that make a genuine difference “Seeing the profound impact that 2wish has had across South Wales, we felt compelled to lend our support. Having such a vital service available within our community is a true blessing, and we want to ensure this good work continues.” Elena shared.
After deciding to donate a cash prize won from a safety award, the decision to choose 2wish as their charity partner was a thoughtful and inclusive process… “As with most matters, we like to consult with the wider workforce. We facilitated a vote consisting of three local charities and the results were overwhelmingly in favour of 2wish.” Elena explains.
When asked why others should support 2wish, Elena kindly said… “It is such a worthy cause, supporting those suffering such traumatic experiences. Unfortunately, anyone could find themselves in these circumstances and I feel more reassured knowing that our community has support services available at their greatest time of need. Without support, amazing charities like 2wish would cease.”
As well as their generous donation, TTL are keen to continue their support, as we gratefully welcome them to join us in future events and sporting challenges. We look forward to seeing more of our friends at Texturing Technology LTD in the future.
