Starting at 10:30am the run is a fun, family friendly event where every step helps support families affected by the sudden death of a child or young adult. You can run, jog, walk or dance your way around the 5k course, everyone is welcome!
This will be delivered as a run-only event, focusing solely on the running experience. The format will be similar to established charity runs. Medals will be awarded to pre-registered participants only and will not be available for on the day registrations.
