Who We Can Support

Unfortunately, we can’t support everyone, everywhere. There are a few qualifying factors for us to be able to provide our support.

  • The child or young person who has died was aged 25 or under at the time of death.
  • Yourself or he person who has died lived in one of the serviceable areas listed above, or the deceased person died in one of these areas.
  • The death was unknown or unexpected 24 hours before it occurred
Although we can’t directly support people outside of this remit, we always ensure that we signpost and connect anyone who contacts us with the best services available to them.
