Our Guest Speakers & Host

Kate Lewis

ITV News Reporter & Presenter

Long-time friend of 2wish, Kate Lewis is a presenter and reporter for ITV Cymru with over a decade of experience. She is a passionate advocate for issues affecting women and girls and is committed to improving support for those experiencing menopause, serving as ITV’s first Menopause Champion. Kate frequently uses her platform to raise awareness of important wellbeing topics, helping to spark conversations that might otherwise go unheard. Her warmth, professionalism, and dedication continue to make her a trusted voice across Wales.

Justine Jones

Actress and TV Presenter

Justine Jones, originally from Merthyr Tydfil, is an actress whom 10 years ago accidentally fell into presenting. After years of acting on stage and screen she received a phone call from her cousin the, internationally renowned Welsh fashion designer Julien Macdonald to be the face of his brand on tv shopping channel QVC. Reluctantly she replied ‘ I’m an actress not a presenter’, his response was ‘well just act like you can present’ and that was 10 years ago. After a screen test, Justine became one of the most recognised faces of the channel. Justine caught the attention of Emma Morris, the Executive Editor of the award winning BBC One show and Breakfast show ‘Morning Live’ and was brought onto the team in January 2023. She has since tackled some varied topics with the films team and last May Justine made her debut on BBC Radio Wales and is now a regular covering the Breakfast and Afternoon shows.

Becky Wilde

Becky Wilde

Olympic Bronze Medallist

Previously an international swimmer for Wales, I started rowing at the end of my first year of university. In the 2024 Olympic season I broke into the British Rowing team, just 10 weeks after undergoing surgery on my forearms. The next few months were a battle against the odds: gaining selection in the Women’s Double Sculls, racing at the Final Olympic Qualification Regatta and finishing with an Olympic Bronze medal in Paris. In 2025, with the LA Olympics now in my sights, I became a European Champion in the Women’s Quad and placed second at the World Championships in Shanghai.
