August 12th was World Elephant Day! For us at 2 Wish, elephants are a symbol to us and our families as elephants “never forget”.
On this day we hosted the largest elephant walk in Wales, bringing together our families, our friends, our partners and our staff, walking to remember those they have loved and lost too soon.
From Anglesey to Ceredigion to Cardiff, supporters from all over Wales came together in memory of their lost loved ones marching Wales two-by-two.
Our founder Rhian, in the company of several of our amazing families, were also joined by ITV Wales in Cardiff Bay for a special broadcast around the many heart-breaking stories of those we support and the special meaning behind our Elephant Walk.
