Martyn retired from Lloyds Banking Group in 2021 after 20 years spent in senior roles varying from IT Strategy to Customer Experience, Risk and Regulatory Compliance, Incident and Crisis Management and Business Continuity.
Prior to that, Martyn had a successful career as a Software Engineer culminating as Director of Bespoke Development and Support at ACI Worldwide. Martyn spent 4 years working in Silicon Valley, California and also spent time in diverse countries such as Russia, Poland, the Cayman Islands, South Africa, Croatia, Greece, Italy and Poland. This afforded Martyn invaluable insight into how different cultures approach the challenges of Business.
