Scarlett Allen-Horton, a BBC Apprentice Finalist and entrepreneur, is a leader in executive search, STEM, and EDI. She built her search business to seven figures, earning multiple awards. Featured in major media, she advises on diversity initiatives and is a sought-after speaker. Scarlett also mentors entrepreneurs, emphasizing purpose, passion, and profit.

Rhian Mannings founded 2wish in 2012 after the sudden death of her son George, followed only days later by husband Paul. Devastated by the loss, Rhian endeavoured to provide support for others in similar circumstances so that no-one would have to struggle alone with their grief. Rhian was awarded her MBE in Jan 2020 by Prince Charles for her services to charity, and in the following Nov she received a Pride of Britain Special Recognition Award, presented by actor Michael Sheen.
