Losing a loved one often leaves people feeling isolated, with bereavement support in Wales often difficult to access, inconsistent or even unavailable.
This FREE to attend event aims to address bereavement openly, offering insights on efforts to improve support and ensure that everyone affected can access the help they need.
We will be joined by a range of expert guest speakers, as well as exhibits from a variety of organisations.
This event is for people affected by grief, professionals in healthcare, policing and bereavement services, and those interested in knowing more about bereavement in the Cwm Taf Morgannwg Health Board area and the steps being taken to improve bereavement services those affected.
